Rituals (“we”, “us”) operates this website to let people in Lebanon join our early-access list and let venues apply to our founding partner program. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Early-access signups:your name, WhatsApp phone number, email (optional), neighborhood, the activities you're interested in, and how you heard about us.
• Venue applications: venue name, category, neighborhood, contact name, and phone number.
• Attribution: the campaign or referral link that brought you here (UTM parameters and referral codes), so we know which channels work.
• Analytics: anonymous usage data (pageviews, scroll depth, form interactions) via Google Analytics, when enabled.

How we use it

• To send you venue announcements and your founding-member invite — roughly one WhatsApp message a week, no spam.
• To follow up on venue applications.
• To plan where and what we launch (neighborhood and activity data).
• To measure which marketing channels bring people here.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to anyone.
• We don't share your contact details with venues or advertisers.
• We don't message you outside what you signed up for.

Where it lives

Submissions are stored in our secured datastore and are accessible only to the Rituals team. Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics under their own privacy terms.

Your choices

Want off the list, or want your data deleted? Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, or reply “stop” to any message we send — we'll remove you promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll say so on this page and, where appropriate, message the list.
